The day program starts in the morning with a meeting in the center for the central food market visit.
We will talk about our region, its traditions and its great products such as Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Prosciutto di Parma, Mortadella di Bologna, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and others.
Food shopping and little tastings of local products.
We meet again in the afternoon for the cooking class based on traditional menu of Emilia Romagna.
The lesson includes the preparation of hand-made egg pasta. Wine aperitif and tasting of some products of the region.
The lesson is held in English.
Dinner will follow of what we have prepared together. Selected regional wines are included.
