Day 1
Meeting in Firenze in the morning.
Drive towards Firenze hills to visit a winery, in the area of the Chianti Colli Fiorentini. This is a family run winery, with organic wine production, included Supertuscans. Visit the vineyards with the owners and tasting of their wines. It is a wonderful countryside villa, very close to Firenze. The family is very proud of its own production, they consider their wines like children and they love to tell you why their wines are different! You will taste Chianti, a white wine, a Super Tuscan and their fabulous olive oil.
Drive to Panzano and eat at the famous Macelleria of Dario Cecchini. It is an incredible place with wonderful meat! Once you open the door of the shop you feel at home, welcomed by Dario in person.
After lunch travel to another winery, in the area of Chianti Classico. The owners will welcome us personally, they do wine tastings for wine lovers' only and not for just curious tourists. You will taste their Chianti Classico, Chianti riserva and their fantastic Super Tuscan.
Then we drive to our accommodation, a fantastic Castle, a real medieval fortress with walls so thick that you cannot imagine. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, all different colours and styles but all high level quality. There is a beauty area, a swimming pool outside and one covered and heated. Possibility to have a massage or other beauty treatments.  Free time and free dinner.
 
Day 2
In the morning departure towards Montalcino area, to the winery "mother" of the Brunello di Montalcino, Biondi Santi. In fact they have "invented" the Brunello di Montalcino wine. No enough words to explain the beauty of this winery and villa and garden. Guided visit of the winery. Then we will taste their wines. The tasting includes Rosso di Montalcino, Brunello di Annata and a Brunello Riserva.
We will walk to see the vineyards that surround the property.
Lunch in the area on your own.
After lunch we drive to Montepulciano. A charming small hotel in the countryside will be the accommodation for the night. Few rooms, all different and all warm and comfortable. It is furnished with antique pieces, with care and attention to the details. The owners are a nice couple who will welcome you.
In the afternoon drive to another winery. This winery was opened 50 years ago and it is one of the best wineries of Montepulciano, very well organized and professional. Visit the vineyards, the winery, with explanation of everything about how they make their wines. Wine tasting of 4 of their wines among which Rosso di Montepulciano, Nobile di Montepulciano.
Back to your hotel.

Day 3
In the morning visit of a winery, that is exactly in the main square, in the heart of Montepulciano. There are three levels underground where they still make wine since centuries. Winery visit and wine tasting in the cellars.
Lunch at a wonderful and not fancy restaurant in the center.
After lunch departure to Firenze.
