In October, the white truffle season starts and we will take the opportunity to hunt truffles with the truffle man and his special trained dog, to drink the new wine together with the chestnuts (very traditional in this area), visit a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory , a prosciutto di Parma factory and a balsamic vinegar producer. You will make pasta with the experts "Mariette" and end the tour with a fabulous gala dinner at the 2 Michelin star restaurant San Domenico in Imola, that opened in 1970 famous as well for the amazing dish they invented "Uovo in Raviolo": A ravioli filled with spinach, ricotta and a whole egg yolk sprinkled with Truffles.
